Physical Disability These type of disabilities temporarily or permanently affect a person's physical capability or mobility. They are more common in in boys than girls, and children are much more prone to physical disabilities. Ex. Multiple sclerosis, Dwarfism, Epilepsy, etc.
It is a disability that can give difficulty in communicating, learning, and memorizing things. People who have an intellectual disability have an IQ lower than 70 (the average IQ is 100).It is usually caused by a genetic condition, problems during pregnancy and birth, health problems, and environmental problems. Ex. Down syndrome, Developmental delay, Prader-Willi Syndrome (Obsession with food and eating, poor muscle tone and balance, learning difficulties, emotional instability, and a developmental delay.), etc.
Mental illness It is a permanent or temporary illness that affects a person's emotional state and behaviours. The person is unable to do daily activities, have a good personal relationship with someone, or work properly. Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, etc.
Sensory Disability It is a disability that affects one or more of the senses; sight, touch, taste, smell, hearing or spatial awareness. Ex. Autism, Blindness, and Hearing Loss.
